Well done. Very few emergency medical items have the misinformation surrounding that the tourniquet has. You squashed those, and kept the application simple….as it should be!

 

If you know that the victim was bitten by a snake with deadly neurotoxic venom that results in respiratory paralysis (rare), a tourniquet can potentially be life-saving. Otherwise, great information! https://www.ajol.info/index…
