The advantage to the full size StatGear is that it works better with touch screens, and is marketed as such.  The lite version often doesn’t register on phones because it’s too small.

I’m wondering why carrying a cloth or handkerchief – obviously one which you wouldn’t use for anything else – wouldn’t work as well or better than a tool to open doors, mailboxes, etc. And a small computer or cellphone stylus should manage the touchscreens.   Back home you can spray the cloth with disinfectant and wipe down the stylus and you’re clean to start over.

Honestly didn’t think I’d like/need one but having had one for the last couple weeks it’s just brainless to use.  Mostly use it to open doors and push buttons at the bank/gas station, less for my phone which I clean regularly anyway.  Saves me from a few hand washes a day.  Not a game changer but nice.

Funny how my googling for a no touch tool brought me back here… I didn’t expect you’d have an article on this topic. There haven’t been many other comparison articles written on these, so thanks for that.

I came across the website visualcapitalist.com and saw there was an article about the antimicrobial abilities of copper. They had some cool infographics too.

      Hi,

If anyone has the Midas no touch door opener please let me know.

Can’t find it and like the color. Would pay $50 + shipping. Thanks
