This kit isn't your normal altoid's survival tin. It is more of an urban living EDC kit. Don't click away just yet though. How often are you needing to start a fire in your office, or purify puddle water to drink? Probably not too often in our normal day lives. But how often are you needing to hold your shirt closed when your button breaks, or mail a letter with a stamp and not have to wait to get home? There are multiple ways to be prepared, and I find myself using this kit almost every week and am glad I have it when I need it. This kit works for me. There are infinite number of ways to make it. Start by just going through your everyday life and when a situation comes up where you say to yourself "I wish I had that right now" then add that to your list! All of these items were added to my altoid's tin kit from different scenarios when I have needed something. And I'm sure this is not complete, I add things to it every month.
